Thirteen years ago, I left Paris and a career as a lawyer to start another stage of my life in Lake Tahoe, California.

The position of responsibility that I held over the following years taught me a lot, without ever allowing me to feel at home.

That's when I started writing fiction in my spare time.  In 2017, I published (in French) a first novel Pauline Benedict, which received excellent reviews. I then embarked, among other things, on writing family memoirs, which remained private, and then onto another novel, to be published in 2027. 

At the same time, I trained in trauma identification and healing as well as in biological decoding, a practice that allows to identify the subconscious psychological origin of diseases and symptoms.

In this regard, I refer you to my e-book and the articles on my blog. They inform you about the origins and manifestations of the repetitive patterns, of the sacrifice and self-sabotage which make existence more about survival than life, and how to break free from them.

I am certified in psychogenealogy, Ericksonian hypnosis and regressive hypnosis.

My individual coaching programs Chances of Life and Choices of Life , developed with professionalism and ethics, specifically empower the participants to explore their subconscious and to discover the deep reasons for their life "choices". As part of my individual support, I also offer specific help to enable my clients to overcome their traumas, identify with maximum precision their challenges, their assets, and the paths they can consider taking to achieve their potential.
